Karaville Montessori & Childcare are delighted to offer an afterschool programe to children from local schools. Children are collected from school and brought back to Karaville.

The afterschool programe begins with homework. They will be in an Afterschool only room,therefore all children will be doing their homework at once, which creates a room which is quiet and free from distractions to ensure maximum effort from each child. Homework is carefully supervised by qualified teachers. Each child is given excellent time and attention to ensure homework is completed, and understood. Feedback is given to parents every day in relation to their child’s homework and progress. 

After children complete their homework, they will have a hot meal, provided by Little Dinners. Following that we like to create a relaxing and calm environment for the children to unwind after a full day at school. We do organise weekly themes and daily activities such as arts & crafts, baking, gardening, outdoor play and on Fridays we will go to the neighboring St Annes Park.  

Camps are available to the afterschoolers during school holidays, excluding the weeks that Karaville is closed.
