Can I come and view the creche before enrolling my child?

Due to Covid-19 and the safety of our children, we can only arrange viewings when it is safe to do so. In then meantime, please contact us as we would love to talk you through our daily routines and answer any questions you might have. We appreciate that this is an important decision for you and your child we want to make sure you are happy with your decision. .

When can my child start in Karaville?

From 2 years 6 months. It is essential that all children are fully toilet trained before they start in Karaville.

Do you have a settling in period?

We are happy to work with each family and their individual needs during the settling in period. Generally we recommend a period of 3-5 days for settling in for your child, this usually allows your child to settle in confidently. Each educator will receive each child's ‘About Me’ form and they will be familiar with all your child’s likes and dislikes.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, parents are unable to accompany their child past the front door at this time. This is purely to help against the spread of Covid -19 and to protect all individuals. But we will be sure to keep all parents up to date with their child’s settling in progress to make it as easy as possible for both parent and child.

How am I informed about my child’s day?

We like to communicate with all parents directly via phone or email as it is personable, direct and builds our relationship.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements/alergies?

Yes, we cater for all needs. If there are any allergies, we would devise a healthcare plan for your child.
